Sure wish they would stand behind what they sell took in because tires rubbing wheel wells on both sides had springs and hardware replaced and it didn't fix a thing. Now they want me to pay more to fix the problem that was no doing of mine. Thanks for nothing will buy my next one elsewhere.
If I could give 0, I would. Terrible customer service. They don't respond to any messages. I sent a message on Messenger back in May and STILL waiting for a response. When I asked at the desk about why we were only getting 1 bag of wood instead of 2 with the adventure club, my question was completely ignored.
When we bought our trailer, we were assured it had been cleaned and was ready to take on the road. Well it wasn't. I spent 4 hours cleaning the trailer, picking up chocolate bar wrappers from in the cushions, dog hair all over the cushions and bug guts on the walls. Don't even get me started on waiting for a part for our freezer door that showed up A YEAR later!! Nothing but problems with these guys and no responses or accountability. Never will buy from them again and I advise you to stay clear too

I went to GO RV Red Deer for delamination repair of my 04 fifth wheel. Ashley the service advisor got me all booked in on Aug 12th. The repairs were done in about 2 weeks. Technician did did a fantastic job. Very happy with the repairs. Good as new.

Ashley in the service department was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We travelled to Red Deer from Calgary to have our 2 year reapplication of our protection package, Dewinterize and have a TV mounted in our master bedroom and she was the best to deal with. Super accommodating and made sure to communicate with us at all times. I would highly recommend her to everyone. Also kudos to Chad when we. came back to pick up our trailer. He was also super nice and helpful. I wish GO RV was in Calgary with these exceptional employees!
Very annoying buying a RV through this company with the supposed promise of being able to use the adventure club card. We live in rural Alberta 3 hours from any Go RV location and planned to stop by as the hours posted say open until 8pm. We go out of our way to stop, and are informed that the adventure club only runs until 5pm. So a 3 hour window that the store is open but customers have no way of knowing when they arrive no one can help them bc the proper staff is off for the day. This should obviously be posted somewhere. So once again we will not use the program that’s supposed to be available to us after buying a $70,000 unit from them.
